| How does a quick claim deed work? Mother still alive , remarried ,moved out of family house,brother lives there now , mom put his name on the deed with her , their is a will stating house to be sold and split between the 4 of us, but he can file a quick claim deed and we lose out right =================== Wood Flooring| Flooring | |
