Why do i get angry so easy?

One: you need a creative outlet. Maybe this is the only way you feel like you can be heard.
Two: you like to punish yourself and others for things that you have no control over. Maybe this is the only way for you to feel close to anyone else.
Three: you are not in control of your own life yet, and this is one of the few things in your life you do have some control over. A person's emotions are a very strong part of their personality, and if you feel the power of being in control of others' emotional states by the gravitational sway of your own, you feel like a star.
