intermediate skiers and snowboarders?

intermediate skiers and snowboarders?
Looking to plan a trip for a bunch of people who are a mix of skiers and snowboarders with all levels of experience, and just don't know where to go. Anyone have some advice?

Looking for a somewhat affordable place that has plenty of bars/nightlife and near an airport. Only current thoughts are Park City but a little afraid of the long lines (but maybe this cannot be avoided?) Thanks everyone!!!
