I'm not sure how they do this but i need an animated gif made up of two gifs which both blend one after an other in a loop.
Is there a free program or software which lets me do this? I don't want to pay mega bucks for photoshop or the like.
its got to be simple for me, i don't want to learn for weeks on end.
