How to put rel=no follow links into the body of X-site pages

Hello,

I am a newbie trying to put links into the body of my x-site pro pages that have the rel=no follow attribute.

My website style is to use a number of article pages in a series, so at the bottom of most pages are links to the next page in the series. this leads to alot of internal links. I want to use rel=no follow links for this but when I put them in the insert link menu, they always put that %20% value in for the space and then the links will not work when you publish the pages.

Anybody got an answer?
