What is the meaning of project concept?

A project concept is a complete documentation of the proposed project but needs to be implemented yet. The term "concept" means that it is under planning and processing for implementation.

A full blown project concept consist of following documentation such as ; project feasibility studies (technical, financial, environmental, etc.), detailed drawings/plans & specifications, detailed estimates for project cost, environmental permit, social acceptability of the project and other requirements for fund sourcing.
