| This is not technically correct; because this refers to the highest ever recorded temperature of 136.4 degrees farenheit in 1922. This was a one off occurrence, and what you really need is the place where the highest average temperature occurs. | Coldest annual average temperature is -57.8 (minus 57.  degree celsius at the "Pole of inaccessibility" over Antarctica.And the coldest place is the Vostok station( --89.2 degree celsius) over Antarctica.So the coldest place should be there only. ============================ Electronic Cigarette | E Cigarette | |
