| I am hosting my sister's bridal shower. We are having brunch and I am cooking all the food. I need to know what buffet equipment I will need to keep the hot food hot and cold stuff cold. I also don't know how to set it up either. I plan on using disposable to cut down on cost. Also, any advice on how to figure food per person? We are having a fruit and veggie tray, muffins, toast, pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage, scrammbled eggs, and two or three assorted finger sandwiches. __________ Catering Equipment| Catering Supplies | |
